Engineering software
companies rely on

We build custom software, SaaS products, and cloud infrastructure for B2B companies. Strategy, engineering, and ongoing support — one team, start to finish.

Most software projects fail before they ship

Agencies overpromise. Freelancers disappear. Internal teams get pulled in too many directions. The result is scope creep, missed deadlines, and software that doesn't actually solve the problem.

We operate differently. We act as a true engineering partner — not a vendor. We own the outcome alongside you, from the first whiteboard session to the final deployment and beyond.

01

Misaligned teams

When engineering and product don't share a single source of truth, you get software that's technically correct but strategically wrong.

02

Short-term thinking

Quick hacks compound into technical debt. What ships in month one becomes the reason you can't move fast in year two.

03

No continuity

Project-based agencies hand off code and disappear. Without ongoing support, systems drift, incidents happen, and momentum dies.

Built for teams that build

We work with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams who need a partner, not a vendor.

B2B SaaS Founders

You have a validated idea and need a technical team that can move fast without cutting corners. We help you build a product worth scaling.

Scale-ups with Internal Teams

Your engineers are focused on the core product. You need a trusted partner to own adjacent infrastructure, integrations, or a new product line.

Enterprises Modernising Systems

Legacy infrastructure is holding you back. We assess, architect, and migrate without disrupting what's already running in production.

Product Leaders with Backlogs

You know what needs to be built. You need a team that can translate roadmap priorities into shipped features — on time, every sprint.

CTOs Extending Capacity

Your headcount is frozen but your roadmap isn't. We plug into your existing workflows and act like a senior extension of your engineering org.

Operators in Regulated Industries

Compliance, security, and audit trails aren't optional. We understand the requirements of fintech, healthtech, and legal-adjacent products.

Four services. One integrated team.

We don't offer everything — we go deep in the areas where engineering quality compounds over time.

Why teams work with us

01
We write code for whoever inherits it.
Every project outlives its first developer. We document decisions and skip the clever-but-unreadable shortcuts, because someone has to maintain this a year from now.
02
We push back before we build the wrong thing.
If a feature is going to cause problems down the line, you'll hear it from us before the sprint starts — not after the invoice.
03
We think like people who've built products.
Not just executed specs. That shapes the questions we ask early, the ones that save months of rework later.
04
We scale to the actual need.
A couple of engineers for a focused build, or a full team for the long run — the setup fits where your business is, not a fixed package.

Where we work

Technical excellence matters more when you understand the business context. We've shipped products across industries where the stakes — compliance, uptime, user trust — are non-negotiable.

No pressure before either side is sure

Most engagements start the same way: a conversation about what you're trying to solve, followed by a short scoping phase where we map out what exists, what's missing, and what actually needs to be built. From there, we agree on a starting point — a pilot feature, a first module, a defined chunk of infrastructure — small enough to prove the approach works before either side commits to more.

There's no pressure to sign a long-term contract before you've seen how we work. If the scoping phase shows the project doesn't make sense yet, we'll say so.

Ready to build something — or fixing?

Tell us about your project. We'll respond within one business day with a clear next step — no sales calls, no NDAs before we've said hello.

Frequently asked questions

1

Who do you actually work with?

Mostly founders, CTOs, and operations leads at B2B companies — in e-commerce, fintech, marketplaces, subscription/SaaS platforms, and internal enterprise tooling. If you're the person making the technical call, that's who we partner with.

2

Can you take over a codebase someone else built?

Yes — inheriting someone else's codebase is normal work for us, not an exception. We can also fix a system without breaking what already works, which is often the harder version of the job.

3

How fast will we see something working?

Within weeks, not months. We ship early and often, in small, regular releases, so you're looking at working software early and can change direction without losing months of work if something needs to shift.

4

Do you only build new things, or do you also fix existing systems?

Both. We come in either before a line of code exists, or later, to fix a system that's become a bottleneck as the business scaled past it.

5

What happens after launch — do you disappear?

No. Launch isn't a handoff — we stay to watch what happens once real users touch the product, and ongoing support and iteration are part of the deal, not an upsell.

6

What does the process look like if we want to start a project?

A conversation about what you're trying to solve, then a short scoping phase to map out what exists, what's missing, and what needs to be built. From there we agree on a small starting point — a pilot feature, a first module, or a defined chunk of infrastructure — before either side commits to more. No pressure to sign a long-term contract upfront.

7

What technologies do you work with?

Node.js, Python, Go, and Java on the backend; React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Vue on the frontend; AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure for cloud; Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for infrastructure; PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and custom data pipelines for data; plus LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and workflow automation where AI actually helps.

8

How big is the team on our project?

Whatever the work actually needs — a couple of engineers for a focused build, or a full team for the long run. The setup fits where your business is, not a fixed package.
