Cloud & DevOps
Most software teams think about infrastructure only after something breaks. We help you build infrastructure that is designed to not break — and to recover automatically when it does. Cloud architecture and DevOps practices that match the scale and risk profile of your product, not a generic enterprise template.
What We Design & Operate
Cloud Architecture & Migration
We design cloud environments on AWS and GCP that are built for your workload — network architecture, compute selection, storage strategy, and cost architecture. For teams migrating from on-premise or legacy setups, we plan and execute with minimum disruption.
Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)
We design and manage Kubernetes clusters that are appropriately configured for your scale — not over-engineered for a startup, not under-provisioned for real production traffic. We also manage the upgrade cycle.
CI/CD Pipelines
Pipelines that run fast, fail loudly, and deploy safely — using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, with automated testing, security scanning, and environment-specific deployment gates.
Infrastructure as Code
We write all infrastructure in Terraform (or Pulumi). Infrastructure that lives in code is auditable, versioned, and reproducible. We apply best practices: modules, remote state, environment separation, drift detection.
Observability & Alerting
We instrument applications and infrastructure with Prometheus metrics, Grafana dashboards, distributed tracing, and structured logging. Alerts fire on real problems — not noise that trains engineers to ignore them.
Security & Compliance Hardening
IAM policy review, secrets management, network isolation, vulnerability scanning in CI, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 readiness. Security is a constraint we design within from the beginning.
Who This Is For
Engineering teams without dedicated DevOps
No one owns infrastructure full-time. Things are configured manually, documentation doesn't exist, deployments are anxiety-inducing. We bring structure and automation so deployments become boring.
Scale-ups hitting infrastructure limits
The setup that worked at 1,000 users is struggling at 50,000. We assess what's happening, fix the immediate pain, and redesign the parts that need to grow differently.
Teams preparing for compliance or enterprise sales
Enterprise customers and compliance auditors ask hard questions about infrastructure. We help you build — or retroactively document — a setup that answers those questions with evidence.
Our DevOps Philosophy
Automation over heroics
An infrastructure that requires a specific person to be awake and available to keep running is a liability, not an asset. Everything we build is designed to operate without manual intervention under normal conditions.
Right-sized, not over-architected
We don't build Kubernetes clusters for teams that don't need them. We match the solution to the actual problem — and we're honest when the existing setup is good enough.
Cost as a first-class concern
We build with cost in mind — right-sizing instances, using reserved capacity where appropriate, setting up budget alerts, and reviewing cost anomalies as part of regular operations.
Engagement Options
Infrastructure audit (1 week)
Assessment of your current cloud environment — architecture, security, and cost review — with a written report of prioritised recommendations.
Build engagement
We design and build your cloud infrastructure from scratch — or redesign a component that is not working. Scoped and delivered in phases.
Ongoing operations retainer
We manage your infrastructure on an ongoing basis — monitoring, incident response, updates, and continuous improvement.
Technologies
Let's Talk Infrastructure
Whether you're starting from scratch or untangling an existing setup, we can help.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need Kubernetes?
Probably not, if you're asking. For most early-stage and mid-stage products, well-configured ECS (on AWS) or Cloud Run (on GCP) provides 90% of the benefit at a fraction of the complexity.
How do you handle incident response?
Clients on an ongoing retainer have defined SLA response times — typically 1-hour acknowledgement for P1 incidents. We conduct post-mortems after significant incidents to address root causes.
Can you work with an existing infrastructure setup?
Yes. We begin with an audit — understanding what exists, how it's configured, and what the primary risks are. From there, we propose a phased plan to improve without disrupting what's running.
